SMCC Physicals 

  • Employee Physical - $65   

  • School Physical (pre-K – 12th grade) - $50 

  • Private Pay 1st Visit - $165 (or former patients not seen within the last 1.5-2+ years)

  • Private Pay Follow Up Visit - Ranges from $105 - $130

  • Weight Loss Consultation - $50

  • Private Pay Routine Labs - approx. $200 

  • Private Pay Pap Smear - approx. $180
